There was a local indiana jerky maker called snows beef jerky that we would always get from the fair every year and they had a website that you could also order through. For the last two years they have dissapeared from fairs and events and stopped fudfilling orders through their online store, so i belive they may have gone out of business quietly. Their origanal flavor had always been the only beef jerky i actually liked. This jerky, while a fifferent cut of meat and thus a slightly different texture, has that flavor i loved in snows. Im glad to once more have found a jerky i can genuinley say i enjoy.

In truth the whole experience overall was really good. I had some issues initially with my order but they were promptly addressed and taken care of in a very professional manner. My only take back would be the way they cut their jerky. They go with the grain which for some, is the way that they enjoy it. Pretty chewy but still a great flavor. The spicy jerky is no joke. It is not for the average spice person. Carolina Creeper it is not. It's a direct punch to the mouth and I dig it. The Xtra Pepper is where it's at for me.
